The earlier scenarioThe Kolkata Traffic Police previously lacked toilet facilities. Either they would use some nearby school or look for open spaces. As a result, they were unable to carry out their duties as recently as they would have liked.
Our installations In October 2017, Shrachi sponsored several Eco Clean Bio toilets for the Kolkata Police, that got installed at major parts of the city, experiencing very high traffic.
TrainingAfter successful installation of the bio-toilet units, the policemen were given sanitation training as well as a list of maintenance DOs and DON'Ts to ensure e ortless use and operation.
Now that we have our toilet, there is no need for us to search for places to defecate or urinate in the open, which was a major problem we used to face earlier.
